Shipping policy

 Please allow up to 14 days for the completion of custom items.  

Please confirm the correct "ship to" address.  A confirmation email including the tracking number for your order will be sent once your order has shipped.  

For any items lost, stolen, or damaged through the chosen shipping methods, a claim will be filed through the shipper and a refund will be processed for the non-receipt of goods.
